The installations for sapphire monocrystals
growing
We supply electric furnaces for growing sapphire
monocrystals up to 30 kg – “Apeks-M”, up to 60 kg – “Apeks-250”,
up to 85 kg – “Apeks-300”, up to 100 kg – “Apeks-350”.
We equip furnaces with two phase and three phase AC power supply at the
request of the Customer. Three phase power supply is equipped with AC/DC
converter. Hot zones can be ceramic metal or pure metal.
